Lindsay

Lindsay was a blast, nice to see something different once in a while. Mostly just chilled with Sadie and her friends from back home, and no complaints about that at all, chillage is awesome.

Got to check out a show in Port Perry which was sick! I really really really liked the show, I guess it sort of reminded me of HK shows? It was held at a church, meaning no bar, which is something I definitely prefer at shows. Got to see Uplift and Shut Eyes again, yeahh! And got to check out some other bands too... OH! And Deadwalk from Mtl played, they were pretty good too, I was contemplating buying a cd off of them but didn't in the end, cause I'd raped my pockets (really not that much money but I'm short these days) on an uplift shirt.

Its crazy how all the towns and cities around this area are basically just extensions of each other, I guess it really shows the growth of the area. It was cool cause some of the towns we drived hrough between going to Lindsay, Port Perry and Peterborough I guess were pretty old, well Lindsay itself is pretty old from what I understand, anyway the houses are I can't really think of how to describe... old looking maybe? Ok that is a failure of a description but maybe like 1920s architecture? Quaint? Bits and pieces of a lot of the towns reminded me of Boston for some reason, I guess it was the red brick. And there was so much field... sooooooo much of just open field and open road, not something I normally go for at all but it was definitely a nice change.

I think I'd like to spend some more time checking out little towns here and there.

Hah apparently I have a great uncle who was a Lindsay farmer, WORD.
