Auntie Lory's Birthday

Today was a testament to my lack of TTC navigation skills. Ended up taking FOUR buses to get to where I needed to go (after taking one bus, looping [and not realizing] and ending up where I started.) FAIL, when I could have made it in a bus, subway, and bus.

Anyway, eventually got to where I needed to be for Auntie Lory's birthday. It was so nice to see her, she's like mama #2, like in all Filipino fair, I was greeted by a giant dish of pangsat on the table. It's been a while...

Ate some food Karaoked a bit, and just chilled out. Man, that woman is a testament to a day's work, much respect.
